Return Procedure
We are sorry your BioPed purchase did not work out for you.
BioPed will accept, for return or exchange, items that are new in condition, unworn, unaltered and are in resaleable condition. We can not accept worn or used merchandise for hygienic reasons.
FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT MATCH THE IMAGES EXACTLY.
Please note that all replacements/refunds must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
Please follow these steps to process a return:
STEP 1: Please use the return label provided to you in your package. All packages will be shipped to:

STEP 2: Please return your items back in their original packages. Place your items in a proper shipping bag for return. Please DO NOT place any tape/markings on original packaging.
STEP 3: Attach return label to outside of your package and drop off at your preferred Canada Post location within 30 days of purchase. Please make note of your tracking details.
STEP 4: Once your return is received, inspected and approved your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied for the amount of the merchandise returned MINUS the shipping charge, please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed.
Our clinics do NOT accept product returns purchased online.
