When will I receive my BioPed order?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
It typically takes, 5-7 business days for you to receive your order from our warehouse. Delivery times may vary across Canada. We do NOT ship outside Canada at this time.
Business days refer to Monday – Friday with the exception of major Canadian holidays.
You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and you may track your parcel with the link provided.
How much does shipping cost?
- We are happy to offer you FREE pick- up at your local BioPed clinic. Please note that you will be called with a time to collect your purchase when it is ready for pick-up.
- You will receive FREE shipping on all orders Over $150.00 before tax.
- We currently provide FLAT FEE shipping of $15 for all orders Under $150.00.
All shipments are subject to our standard return policy. Please check your shipping/pickup method upon checkout.
